1. 수집 정보·목적·보관 기간
로그인 정보는 소셜 로그인에서, 사진·입력 내용·동의 선택은 이용자가 기능을 사용할 때 받습니다.
기존 동의는 이전 사진의 학습 이용을 허용하지 않습니다. 기존 사진까지 포함하는 새 안내에 동의한 경우에만 학습 대상으로 포함합니다.
2. 사진 분석과 외부 AI 전송
카카오·Google·Apple 로그인과 AI 분석 동의 후 촬영 버튼을 누를 때 전송합니다. 권한 허용이나 동의만으로 전송하지 않습니다. 중앙 영역을 잘라 축소한 사진을 사용하며, 얼굴·배경·글자가 함께 전송될 수 있으니 안경만 촬영해주세요.
- 사진 분석: 사진·촬영 구도·앱 언어를 노치트 서버로 보내고, 사진·구도·분석 지침을 Google Gemini API로 전달해 부품과 의심 단서를 분석합니다.
- 종합 분석: 사진별 관찰 결과·제품 표기·촬영 범위·분석 우선순위·앱 언어를 Gemini로 보내 결론을 만듭니다. 이 요청에는 사진 자체·수험번호·이름을 보내지 않습니다. 회원 이메일·이름·인증 토큰도 AI 분석 입력에 넣지 않습니다.
- 제품 웹 검색(제공 시 선택): 매 요청에서 별도 동의한 경우에만 읽힌 브랜드·모델·일련번호, 부품 관찰, 기존 리포트의 요약·근거·한계·권고, 앱 언어·로고 검색 후보를 Gemini Google Search로 보냅니다. 로고 부분 이미지는 Google Cloud Vision Web Detection으로 보냅니다. 전체 사진·수험번호·이름은 검색에 보내지 않습니다. 출처가 포함된 답변은 현재 화면에만 표시하며 검사 기록에 저장하거나 사진 점수에 반영하지 않습니다.
유료 Gemini API를 사용합니다. Google은 유료 서비스의 입력·출력을 자사 제품 개선에 사용하지 않으며, 안전·오남용 방지와 법적 의무를 위해 제한된 기간 보관할 수 있다고 안내합니다. 일반 분석 로그의 일괄 삭제 일수는 약관에 명시되어 있지 않습니다. Google Search의 입력·문맥·출력은 검색 제공·디버깅·테스트를 위해 30일 보관합니다.
Cloud Vision의 온라인 로고 검색은 이미지를 메모리에서 처리하고 디스크에 저장하지 않으며, 요청 시각·크기 등의 메타데이터는 일시 기록할 수 있습니다. 전송 콘텐츠를 Vision 모델 학습·개선에 사용하지 않습니다. 자세한 기준: Gemini API 약관 · Cloud Vision 데이터 이용 안내. 노치트에서 기록을 삭제하거나 동의를 철회해도 이미 Google에 도착한 처리나 로그가 즉시 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.
3. 선택적 학습용 제공·제품 제보
학습용 사진 제공은 기본 꺼짐입니다. 동의하지 않아도 사진 분석을 이용할 수 있습니다. 동의하면 계정의 기존 사진과 앞으로 분석할 사진 중 안경 분석에 성공한 사진·촬영 구도·AI 결과를 학습·평가에 이용할 수 있습니다. 수험번호·이름 항목은 제외하며 사진 속 배경과 글자는 제거하지 않습니다. 학습용 복사본이나 사진별 동의 기록을 따로 만들지 않고 현재 계정 설정을 기준으로 이용 대상을 결정합니다.
학습 자료는 비공개 Supabase 저장소에 보관하며, AI 결과는 검토 전 후보로 취급합니다. 자료를 공개하거나 학습용 보관을 위해 Gemini에 추가 전송하지 않으며, 이 동의는 Google 모델 학습을 허용하지 않습니다. 자료를 삭제해도 이미 완료된 모델 학습의 영향을 되돌릴 수는 없습니다.
제품 제보는 별도 동의를 받습니다. 소유·허락을 확인한 뒤 대상 안경의 전원을 끈 상태와 켠 상태를 각각 20초 측정합니다. 주변 최대 64기기의 신호를 임시 수집하고, 직접 고른 최대 3개 신호의 이름·RSSI(신호 세기)·제조사/서비스 광고 데이터만 전송합니다. MAC 주소·OS 기기 UUID 대신 세션 내 번호를 쓰지만 신호 이름·광고 내용에 식별값이 포함될 수 있습니다. 선택하지 않은 신호는 전송하지 않으며 화면 종료·백그라운드 전환 시 지웁니다. 렌즈와 Bluetooth 수집 비대상 제품은 사진·설명만 받습니다.
제보는 Gemini 전송·자동 모델 학습·공개 게시에 사용하지 않습니다. 학습용 제공 동의 철회만으로 제품 제보가 삭제되지는 않습니다.
4. 기기에서 처리하는 정보와 권한
- Bluetooth: 일반 탐지의 기기 이름·식별자·제조사·신호 세기·수신 시각은 기기 메모리에서만 처리하며 서버 전송·디스크 저장을 하지 않습니다. 최대 100개를 유지하고 조회 시 30초가 지난 항목은 제외합니다. 중지 직후 최근 항목은 다음 정리까지 남을 수 있습니다. 앱을 벗어나거나 화면을 잠그면 스캔을 중지합니다.
- 카메라·위치: 카메라는 사진 분석에 사용하며 마이크·동영상 녹화는 사용하지 않습니다. Android 11 이하의 위치 권한은 Bluetooth 스캔에 필요하며 GPS 위치를 수집하지 않습니다. 권한은 기기 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다. AI 분석 동의나 카메라 권한 없이도 가이드·도감·Bluetooth 탐지를 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 기기 저장: 사진 보관함에는 저장하지 않습니다. 캡처 임시 파일은 처리 후 삭제하지만 강제 종료 시 OS 캐시에 남을 수 있습니다. 화면의 사진·결과는 메모리 정리 시 제거됩니다. 로그인 세션·언어 설정은 보안 저장소에 보관하며 OS 정책에 따라 재설치 후 복원될 수 있습니다. 로그아웃은 계정 삭제와 다릅니다.
5. 서비스 제공자와 보호 조치
Cloudflare는 API·도감 전송을, Supabase는 인증·데이터베이스·비공개 사진 저장을, Google은 위 AI 분석·선택 검색을 처리합니다. 제공자에 따라 기기 소재 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 외부 링크·도감 갱신에도 네트워크 요청이 발생합니다.
노치트와 제공자는 요청 처리·보안·오류 대응·속도 제한을 위해 IP 주소·요청 시각·운영 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다. 제공자의 로그·백업 보관은 각 서비스 기준을 따르며, 아래 삭제 절차가 외부 로그·백업까지 즉시 삭제한다는 뜻은 아닙니다.
전송에는 HTTPS를 사용하고 사진은 비공개 저장소와 최대 5분 유효한 조회 링크로 제공합니다. 앱은 광고·행동 분석 SDK나 설치 식별자를 사용하지 않으며 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.
6. 동의 철회·열람·삭제
- 사진 전송 중단: 설정 → AI 분석 동의에서 철회합니다. 이후 촬영·전송을 중단하고 진행 중 앱 요청을 취소합니다. 기존 검사 기록과 사진은 유지됩니다.
- 검사 기록 삭제: 분석 기록의 삭제 아이콘 또는 상세 화면의 ‘분석 기록 삭제’를 누릅니다. 해당 기록의 수험자 정보·결과·사진 연결을 영구 삭제합니다. 연결 사진도 삭제하고 학습 대상에서도 제외합니다. 다른 검사로 옮겨진 사진은 유지하며, 사용 횟수는 복원하지 않습니다.
- 학습 이용 중단: 설정 → AI 분석 개선에 기여에서 동의를 철회하면 모든 보관 사진이 학습 대상에서 제외됩니다. 사진과 검사 기록은 유지되며, 사진까지 지우려면 검사 기록을 삭제하거나 탈퇴하세요.
- 회원 탈퇴: 설정 → 계정 → 회원 탈퇴에서 같은 소셜 계정으로 본인 확인합니다. 계정·검사·사진·수험자 정보·분석·이용 기록·학습 자료·제품 제보를 운영 데이터베이스에서 즉시 영구 삭제합니다. 소셜 계정 자체는 삭제하지 않습니다. 앱 없이도 이메일로 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.
만료 자료는 즉시 조회·이용에서 제외하고 15분 주기 작업으로 삭제합니다. 사진 파일은 검사 기록 직접 삭제 또는 탈퇴로 참조가 없어지면 삭제하며, 실패하면 정기 작업으로 재시도합니다. 장애 시 지연될 수 있고 이미 발급된 사진 링크는 최대 5분간 유효합니다. 삭제한 자료는 복구할 수 없습니다.

7. 변경 안내
처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 내용과 시행일을 갱신합니다. 전송 항목·목적·수신자 등 동의 내용이 바뀌면 다시 동의받습니다.
This policy covers sign-in, photo analysis, guides, catalogs and Bluetooth scanning in the Nocheat iOS and Android apps. Privacy contact: contact@nocheat.app.
1. Data, purposes and retention
Account details come from social sign-in. You provide photos, form entries and consent choices when using the relevant features.
Earlier consent does not authorize training use of existing photos. Renewed consent to the updated disclosure is required before existing photos become eligible.
2. Photo analysis and external AI
Uploads start when you tap the shutter after Kakao, Google or Apple sign-in and AI consent. Consent or permission alone does not start uploads. We crop and resize the central frame. Faces, backgrounds and text may remain, so frame only the glasses.
- Photo analysis: photos, camera views and app language go to Nocheat's server. Photos, views and analysis instructions go to Google Gemini API to examine components and suspected features.
- Combined analysis: per-photo observations, markings, coverage, analysis priority and app language go to Gemini for a conclusion. This request excludes photos, examinee numbers and names. Account email, name and authentication tokens are also excluded from AI analysis inputs.
- Product web search (optional, when available): each request needs separate consent. Read brand/model/serial markings, component observations, the existing report's summary/reasons/limitations/recommendations, app language and logo-search leads go to Gemini Google Search. Cropped logo images go to Google Cloud Vision Web Detection. Search excludes full photos and examinee details. Answers with sources appear only on the current screen; they are not saved in history or used to change photo scores.
We use the paid Gemini API. Google states that paid-service inputs and outputs are not used to improve its products, but may be retained for a limited period for safety, abuse prevention and legal obligations. Its terms do not specify one deletion period for all ordinary analysis logs. Google Search prompts, context and outputs are retained for 30 days to provide, debug and test search grounding.
Online Cloud Vision logo searches process images in memory without saving them to disk; request metadata such as time and size may be logged temporarily. Submitted content is not used to train or improve Vision models. See the Gemini API terms and Cloud Vision data usage notice. Deleting Nocheat records or withdrawing consent does not undo processing already received by Google or immediately delete its logs.
3. Optional training sharing and product reports
Training photo sharing is off by default. Refusing does not restrict analysis. With renewed consent, existing and future successfully analyzed glasses photos, capture views and AI results may be used for training and evaluation. Examinee number/name fields are excluded; backgrounds and text are not removed. No separate training copies or per-photo grants are created; eligibility follows current account settings.
Training data stays in private Supabase storage. AI results are not verified training labels. Data is not published or sent to Gemini again for training storage. This consent does not authorize Google model training. Deleting data cannot undo its effects on completed model training.
Product reports require separate consent. After confirming ownership or permission, you can scan eligible glasses for 20 seconds with power off and 20 seconds with power on. Up to 64 nearby devices are held temporarily; only up to three signals you select are uploaded, including names, RSSI (signal strength) and manufacturer/service advertising data. Session numbers replace MAC addresses and OS device UUIDs, but names and advertisement contents may still contain identifiers. Unselected signals are not uploaded; temporary signals are cleared on screen exit or backgrounding. Lenses and products ineligible for Bluetooth collection accept only photos and notes.
Reports are not sent to Gemini, used for automatic model training or published. Withdrawing training-photo consent alone does not delete product reports.
4. On-device data and permissions
- Bluetooth: normal scans process device names, identifiers, manufacturers, signal strength and reception times only in device memory, with no upload or disk storage. Up to 100 entries are kept; entries older than 30 seconds are excluded on access. Recent entries may remain after stopping until the next cleanup. Scanning stops when you leave the app or lock the screen.
- Camera and location: the camera supports photo analysis; no microphone or video recording is used. Android 11 and earlier need location permission for Bluetooth scanning; GPS location is not collected. Change permissions in device settings. Guides, catalogs and Bluetooth scanning work without AI consent or camera access.
- Local storage: photos are not saved to your photo library. Capture temporary files are deleted after processing but may remain in the OS cache after a forced exit. On-screen photos/results are removed when memory is cleared. Sessions and language settings use secure storage and may be restored after reinstallation under OS policies. Signing out does not delete your account.
5. Providers and safeguards
Cloudflare delivers the API and catalogs; Supabase handles authentication, the database and private photo storage; Google handles the AI and optional searches above. Providers may process data outside your device's country. Catalog updates and external links also make network requests.
Nocheat and providers may process IP addresses, request times and operational logs for request delivery, security, errors and rate limits. Provider logs and backups follow each provider's rules; the deletion steps below do not immediately erase external logs or backups.
We use HTTPS for transmission, private photo storage and viewing links valid for up to five minutes. The app uses no advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs or installation identifiers. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising tracking.
6. Withdraw consent, access or delete data
- Stop uploads: withdraw consent in Settings → AI analysis consent. This stops further capture/uploads and cancels pending app requests. Existing inspection records and photos remain.
- Delete an inspection: use the delete icon in history or “Delete analysis record” in the detail screen. This permanently deletes that record's examinee details, results and photo links. Linked photos are also deleted and excluded from training. Photos reassigned to other inspections remain. Used requests are not refunded.
- Stop training use: withdraw consent in Settings → Contribute to AI analysis improvement. All stored photos are excluded from training; photos and history remain. Delete an inspection or your account to delete the photos too.
- Delete your account: open Settings → Account → Delete account and verify with the same social account. Account, inspections, photos, examinee details, analyses, usage records, training data and product reports are immediately and permanently removed from the live database. Your social provider account is not deleted. Without the app, request deletion by email.
Expired data is immediately excluded from access/use and deleted by cleanup scheduled every 15 minutes. Photo files are deleted when no inspection or training references remain; failed deletions are retried by scheduled cleanup. Outages may delay deletion. Issued photo links remain valid for up to five minutes. Deleted data cannot be restored.
For access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or privacy questions, email contact@nocheat.app. We request only the minimum information needed to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, verification codes or other people's personal data or photos.
7. Changes
When our practices change, we update this page and its effective date. Changes to consented data, purposes or recipients require fresh consent.
