기기 모델, iOS·Android 버전, 앱 버전, 문제 발생 과정과 오류 문구를 보내주세요. 비밀번호·인증 코드·수험자 정보는 보내지 마세요. 화면 캡처를 첨부할 때는 개인정보를 가려주세요.
Include your device model, iOS/Android version, app version, steps and error message. Do not send passwords, verification codes or examinee details. Hide personal data in screenshots.
로그인 → AI 분석 동의 → 기기 설정의 카메라 권한을 확인하세요. 사진 분석에는 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 왼쪽 위 대각선·오른쪽 위 대각선·후면·하단의 사진 4장을 직접 촬영하세요. 동의나 권한 허용만으로 사진을 전송하지 않습니다.
계정당 하루 180회(한국시간 자정 초기화), 최근 60초당 30회입니다. 새 사진 분석과 종합 분석이 각각 1회이며 접수 후 실패·취소도 포함합니다. 완료된 동일 요청의 재조회는 추가 차감하지 않습니다. 기록을 삭제해도 사용 횟수는 복원되지 않습니다.
Bluetooth 전원과 앱 권한을 확인하고 스캔을 다시 시작하세요. Android 11 이하는 위치 권한도 필요하지만 GPS 위치는 수집하지 않습니다. 앱을 벗어나거나 화면을 잠그면 스캔이 중지됩니다. 일반 탐지 신호는 서버에 전송하지 않습니다.
사진 분석은 촬영 범위의 점검 보조 결과입니다. Bluetooth 신호만으로 기기 종류·소유자·촬영 여부를 확정할 수 없고, 신호가 없어도 스마트 안경이 없다는 뜻은 아닙니다. 결과만으로 부정행위를 판정하지 마세요.
설정 → AI 분석 동의에서 철회하면 새 촬영·전송을 중단하고 진행 중 앱 요청을 취소합니다. 이미 도착한 요청의 처리는 되돌리지 못합니다. 검사 기록은 분석 기록에서 삭제하세요. 학습 이용은 설정 → AI 분석 개선에 기여에서 동의를 철회하면 중단됩니다. 검사 기록을 삭제하면 연결 사진도 삭제합니다. 사진과 검사는 자동 만료되지 않으며, 탈퇴하면 모두 삭제됩니다. 보관 기간과 삭제 범위 보기
앱 설정에서 한국어·영어·일본어·중국어 간체 또는 기기 언어 따르기를 선택하세요. 이 웹페이지는 상단 메뉴에서 한국어·영어로 바꿀 수 있습니다.
Check sign-in, AI analysis consent and camera permission in device settings. Photo analysis requires internet access. Manually capture four views: upper left diagonal, upper right diagonal, rear and underside. Consent or permission alone does not upload photos.
Each account has 180 requests per day (reset at midnight Korea time) and 30 per rolling 60 seconds. Each new photo analysis and combined analysis counts once, including failures/cancellations after acceptance. Retrieving the same completed request does not count again. Deleting records does not refund usage.
Check Bluetooth and app permissions, then restart scanning. Android 11 and earlier also need location permission; GPS location is not collected. Leaving the app or locking the screen stops scanning. Normal scan signals are not uploaded.
Photo analysis is an inspection aid limited to photographed areas. Bluetooth cannot establish device type, ownership or whether it is recording. No signals does not mean no smart glasses. Do not determine cheating from these results alone.
Withdraw consent in Settings → AI analysis consent to stop new captures/uploads and cancel pending app requests. Processing already received cannot be undone. Delete inspections in analysis history. Withdraw consent in Settings → Contribute to AI analysis improvement to stop training use. Deleting an inspection also deletes its linked photos. In app settings, choose Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese or the device language. Use the menu at the top of this website to switch between Korean and English.
계정과 검사 기록·사진·수험자 정보·분석 결과·임시 분석·이용 기록·학습 자료·제품 제보를 운영 데이터베이스에서 즉시 영구 삭제합니다. 복구할 수 없으며 카카오·Google·Apple 계정 자체는 삭제하지 않습니다. 참조가 없어진 사진 파일도 삭제하고, 실패하면 15분 주기 작업으로 재시도합니다.
앱을 사용할 수 없나요? 이메일로 계정 삭제 요청하기. 이용한 로그인 제공자(카카오·Google·Apple)와 계정 확인용 연락처를 알려주세요. 최소한의 본인 확인 후 삭제하고 결과를 회신합니다.

Your account, inspections, photos, examinee details, results, temporary analyses, usage records, training data and product reports are immediately and permanently removed from the live database. Deletion cannot be undone; your Kakao, Google or Apple account is not deleted. Unreferenced photo files are also deleted, with failures retried by cleanup scheduled every 15 minutes.
Unable to use the app? Request account deletion by email. Include your sign-in provider (Kakao, Google or Apple) and a contact for verifying ownership. We request minimal verification, delete the account and reply with the result.
